Our senior management team has more than 100 years of combined experience in the industry, and Chris Downey, the owner, has an extensive background in both general contractor and construction manager roles.
We welcome the involvement of homeowners, designers and architects when preparing and executing plans, and our goal is to keep our pricing and process as transparent as possible. Our clients have come to expect personal attention from our senior managers, and for superior work that is completed on-time and on-budget.
U.S. Home Services is committed to supporting the community, and has recently provided new dugouts to a local Little League organization, and has plans for additional community-focused projects.

Chris Downey began working in the construction industry when he joined an excavation company as a teenager, and he holds a BA in Business Marketing from Salve Regina University. As the owner of U.S. Home Services, Chris has earned the trust of clients with upfront pricing and reliable service, and he never forgets the importance of being personally involved in each project.
